The introduction service allows landlords to manage their properties directly but saves landlords time through being introduced to quality, vetted tenants that we have available through our vast network and database. This allows landlords to ensure there properties are let at all times ensuring a regular flow of income and reducing downtime risks. It is important that all legislative requirements are met before a tenancy is to commence.
Example: On a 12 month long let, where your property is let for £1500 rent per month, and the service level chosen is Introductory the relevant fee will be taken upfront of one months rent.
