Residential Rent Collection Service

Having tenants pay rent late can be a challenging task for landlords which can be exhausting, time consuming and chasing for up dates.

Although Move Inn Estates have a software system in place prompting if a tenant are behind in rent and our dedicated credit control department do liaise with the tenant ensuring rent is paid.

Prior to the commencement of the tenancy we do ensure tenants set up a standing order making sure payments are made on the contractual date. If the tenant is late on rent we do send rent arrears letters, contact the tenants and if needed visiting the tenant to make sure payment is made. 

Example: On a 12 month long let, where your property is let for £1600 rent per month, and the relevant fee is £128 per month, our commission over the 12 months will be £1536.00 (£128 x 12 Months).
